Aviojet Corporation established in 1982, has been recognized in the international aerospace market for the services rendered
to its worldwide clients in providing support and supply with cost factor, and also in assisting its represented manufacturers to
expand their sales and services in the overseas markets. The headquarters is located in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, and
it is supported by nine Sales Centers worldwide.

Due to our contained costs and demonstrated savings to our clients, our business has steadily increased since its inception.
Consequently, today, we represent/distribute many O.E.M. approved suppliers who recognize our expertise in the overseas market.

The experience of our skilled personnel has enabled us to organize our Purchasing/Sales activities in such a way as to minimize
operational cost and to identify expeditiously the qualified source of supply. Therefore, Aviojet presently has the capabilities to
offer its clients a comprehensive line of services at competitive terms.

Our contemporary offices are fully equipped with automated systems, extensive Data Bank information system, Technical library,
Quality Control System, modern warehouse and traceable inventory.

Because of our proven expertise, some of our clients have requested more complete services from Aviojet. In addition to our activities,
we are acting as exclusive purchasing agent for special programs and/or sectors providing as full range of services such as combined
procurement, expediting, warehousing, freight consolidation, JIT-delivery and technical support.

The efficient service provided to our clients and the manufacturers represented has been a significant factor in the expansion of our
marketing efforts for the products manufactured by our principals and relevant assistance to our clients for the development of new
or alternate sources of supply.

Aviojet is a corporation registered in the state of New Jersey since 1982 with its headquarters in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.
It operates in the international aerospace markets, primarily in the military field. As of January 1990 we have diversified our business
in the civil aviation field due to decreased demand in the military sector.

The President and General Manager is Antonio Ignoffo who has over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace industry accumulated
as follows: 10 years as Purchasing Director for Fiat and Aeritalia in USA, 5 years in partnership with an International trading company
as executive Vice President, and 15 years as President of Aviojet Corp.

The company's objective is to provide spare parts and maintenance service to clients overseas directly from its own stock or from the
original equipment manufacturers at a fraction of the cost, in some cases 30% below O.E.M. prices.
